• Energy efficient annealing furnace using mathematical model to ensure low fuel consumption and full combustion.
• Heat energy from furnace flue gas is utilized for making hot water and hot air which is then used in the Entry Cleaning section of CAPL, thereby eliminating extra heating resources.
• Flue gas (Sox / Nox) emission much below allowable limit as per design.
• WWRP commissioned in June 2019 & is in operational.
• The Company is certified to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
